Roofing / Roof Repairs

A roof that actually does its job.

Full roof installation, replacement, and repairs carried out to hold up against sun, storms and time — not just to pass a quick inspection.

The problem

Most roof problems aren't roof problems. They're contractor problems.

Leaks that come back a month later. Tiles replaced without checking what's underneath. Flashing sealed with the wrong product. Roofers who quote a fix, disappear halfway, and leave the underlay exposed to the next storm. A roof is the one part of a building that cannot afford a half-finished job — and it's the part most often treated that way.

Leaks 'fixed' that return with the first heavy rain
Tiles replaced while the timber or membrane underneath stays rotten
Cheap sealants used where proper flashing was needed
No inspection of the full roof — just the spot someone pointed at
What we do

What we actually do

We treat every roof as a system, not a collection of tiles. That means checking structure, membrane, flashing and drainage together, then repairing or rebuilding whichever part is actually failing.

Full roof installation

New-build and full replacement roofing, tiled or flat, engineered for local wind and heat loads.

Leak diagnosis & repair

We trace leaks to their real source — not just the ceiling stain — before we touch a single tile.

Tile & slate replacement

Matched materials, correctly bedded and fixed, not just dropped into place.

Flashing & valley repair

Chimneys, skylights and valleys re-flashed with proper lead or membrane detailing.

Flat roof systems

Torch-on, EPDM and liquid membrane flat roofs for terraces, garages and extensions.

Roof structure repair

Timber and structural repairs where rot, movement or past bad work has weakened the roof.

Materials & method

Materials & method

We specify materials for the Mediterranean climate: high UV exposure, seasonal heavy rain, and heat cycling that punishes cheap products. We use graded roof tiles and slates matched to your existing roof, breathable and waterproof underlays rated for high temperatures, lead or high-grade synthetic flashing at every junction, and reinforced bituminous or liquid membranes on flat and low-pitch roofs.

01

Underlay first

A roof is only as good as what's under the tiles. We never re-tile over a failed membrane.

02

Mechanically fixed

Tiles and sheets fixed to withstand coastal wind loads, not just laid by gravity.

03

Sealed, not just caulked

Junctions are flashed and lapped correctly; sealant is a finish, never the fix.

Why it matters

Why it matters

A roof failure doesn't stay on the roof. Water finds ceilings, walls, wiring and foundations. Every month a roof is left half-repaired is a month that damage compounds — and a month closer to a bill that's ten times the size of the original job. Fixing it properly, once, is always the cheaper outcome.

FAQ

Common questions.

It depends on the age and condition of the structure and membrane underneath, not just the visible tiles. We inspect first and give you an honest recommendation — including when a repair is genuinely enough and a full replacement isn't necessary.
